• Evaluation and testing within early-access and beta programmes
• Integration with your own systems in accordance with provided documentation

Prohibited

• Using Giblex products to facilitate illegal activity
• Attempting to circumvent licence restrictions or access controls
• Distributing, sublicensing, or reselling Giblex software without authorisation
• Using our services to store or transmit malicious code

4. Intellectual property

All Giblex products, branding, documentation, and website content are the intellectual property of Giblex Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary materials beyond the software licence described above.

5. Privacy

Your use of Giblex services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Disclaimers

Giblex products are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for reliability and security, we do not warrant that our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from vulnerabilities. Use of our products is at your own risk.
